At STAGE WORKS, we specialize in providing insulated flooring for performance spaces, designed for durability, comfort, and aesthetic appeal. Our flooring solutions are engineered to absorb impact, reducing strain on performers’ knees and ensuring long-lasting, timeless performance during extended rehearsals. The flooring not only enhances the beauty of the performance space but also optimizes lighting effects, contributing to an overall superior stage experience.

Our flooring systems are developed with the input of experienced engineers and continuous feedback from performers. This ensures effective sound control and improved acoustic quality in any space. The flooring features interlocking frames that rest on 12mm thick anti-vibration rubber pads with grip on both sides. The framework is filled with 50mm thick resin-bonded insulation of 24kg/m³ density, covered with an 18mm Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) board. The joints are overlapped with 22mm thick teak wood planks in random lengths, designed to allow air circulation from the bottom. The teak wood planks feature interlocking tongue-and-groove joints and are provided with a PU polish on the exposed surface. For a custom look, special varnishes or paints are available.

Our stage flooring is designed to accommodate digital podiums and electrical device connectivity through floor boxes and a cable management system, which transmits audio-visual and electrical signals. This flooring is ideal for environments where sound quality and durability are critical, such as sports complexes, high-performance arenas, gymnasiums, multipurpose facilities, indoor running tracks, auditoriums, and stages. The teak wood battens are finished with high-quality varnish to protect against moisture, dust, and dirt, with other wood types available upon request.
